Kristen Stewart went on the red carpet in safety-pin bedecked blood-red Balmain mini. Later in the evening she ditched her Christian Louboutin heels for Vans slip-on sneakers.

This was my first time I saw her wearing such a sexy and gorgeous dress.Therefore,I put her on this list.

Emma Watson looked so chic in in a jewel-embellished satin Marchesa mini. She finished the look with metallic silver Brian Atwood heels. “White is my favorite color to wear because it’s fresh and clean and spring,” the actress told MTV.I agreed.I thought Marchesa dress always seems to be so bothersome,but it doesn't.Really fitted her.

Emma Stone looked polished in a yellow and black lace-overlay dress by Bottega Veneta, which she paired with a Bottega Veneta clutch, Casadei pumps, and Susan Foster jewelry.Well,I was glad knowing the fact that she wore yellow corset inside her lace dress.You know,it could be so transparent and I love its belt and orange pumps.

Blake Lively came up in electric blue dress by Michael Kors with plum pumps by Christian Louboutin. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.Well,blue and plump?Good choice she made.Not much accessories on her and I like her piggytailed-hair.

Mila Kunis toned down her sparkly body-con Balmain mini with a simple black top. She accessorized with perfectly blown-out strands, smoky eye makeup and Charlotte Olympia shoes.That black top neutralized her bizarre-looking mini and with her pink shoes,it  was classy. What a look for Hailee Steinfeld! The True Grit star took the tux route with a super-luxe, sequin-lapel Louis Vuitton version, which she paired with an Edie Parkerclutch, Christian Louboutin heels, and a bold red lip. “I just wanted to have fun this time, and go a little different and a little edgy,” Steinfeld told MTV.I didn't blame her to be edgy and it didn't fail at all. Cameron Diaz glammed up her 3.1 Phillip Lim romper with Anita Ko earrings, an Alexis Bittar bracelet, and sky-high ankle strap Lanvin shoes.She tends to come up on the red carpet in mini dress.But at this red carpet,she made it. MTV Generation Award honoree Reese Witherspoon arrived in a printed dress by Zac Posen and a cuff and earrings by Neil Lane.Printed-dress never goes wrong when you combine it with not much accessories. Transformers' Rosie Huntington-Whiteley went exotic in a Dolce & Gabbana tiger print dress, Sergio Rossi heels and aSalvatore Ferragamo clutch.Showing off your ladder-shaped leg?Why not? Lily Collins chose a curve-contouring leopard-print Dolce & Gabbana dress,Judith Leiber clutch and Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps.Wow,a next-door-girl disguised in tiger-printed dress. Elle Fanning went for a romantic-casual look in a D&G floral romper. She added some height via ankle strap D&G wedges in a similar floral pattern. “Since I’m on summer break from school I love a lot of florals!” Fanning told MTV.Floral-printed dress always seems to be sassy on many girl. New Gossip Girl actress Katie Cassidy hit the scene in a floor-sweeping ivory crochet knit gown by Malandrino. She completed the look with a Sergio Rossiclutch, Sally Leong jewelry, and Jimmy Choo heels. “I like to be unique and still keep it fun and do something different!” she told MTV.  COULD BE BETTER Selena Gomez paired her summery Giambattista Valli look with a clutch by Cecilia and Casadei heels. "For me it’s about my mood, and what I’m representing," Gomez told MTV of her look.Perhaps many people would defy me over the opinion I made up,but its leg part looked a bit worn.Don't worry,all people always make mistake in dressing up. Brooklyn Decker glittered on the carpet in a gold-sequin mini by No.21, classic black pumps by Walter Steiger and a matching gold vintage cocktail ring byHouse of Lavande.But,what was she thinking of?Wearing glittering dress in Summer?Not a good decision after all. Leighton Meester wore a silver mirror mini dress by Balmain. She finished the look with Pierre Hardy shoes and Bulgarijewels.It rang sort of the bell when J-Lo came up on the Grammy Awards 2011,but I wasn't sure if it was better or not.Too many patchworks on it. Nikki Reed went for an on-trend black see-through chiffon dress by Heather,Jimmy Choo shoes, and Loree Rodkin jewelry. The dress wasn't glamorous,chic,nor flirty and her messy hairdo was a mess. Peach wasn't the perfect color for Aly Michalka, who chose the summer-perfect dress from Ramy Brook's collection, finishing the look with a Kotur clutch.Well,all parts on her look was good enough but tousled-hair in peach long dress? WORST OF ALL Amanda Bynes paired her camel curve-hugging Herve Leger mini with aquaChristian Louboutin fringe heels and aChanel clutch.Too tight on her body and that heels were worn and messed up everything. Jessica Szohr chose a printed, wide-leg Alice + Olivia jumpsuit and Chris Benzheels. Szohr told MTV, “This is summery, flowy, I feel very comfortable.”Right,too flowy and those patterns were disturbing.I thought she nedded many attempts to walk on the red carpet. Teen Wolf's Crystal Reed came up on the red-carpet in a one-shoulder, full-skirt dress by Ina Soltani. She added a pop of color with cobalt Steve Madden shoes.It was just too frilly and too many details on it. The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrevchose a ruby and bronze bow embroidered strapless dress by Georges Chakra Couture and Cole Haan heels. “It stood out,” the actress said of her dress. “At the MTV Movie Awards, you always look for who the knockout is going to be.”What Couture?Did she just grab that dress out of her closet without glancing at it? Funny lady Chelsea Handler chose a curve-hugging black Lanvin dress for the occasion. She amped up the look with strappy stilettos and left her hair loose and beachy. It seems to be made of long black parchment.It wasn't perfect choice at all.
