BEST DRESSED CELEBRITY

Sandra Bullock really dazzled the red carpet in shimmering gold beaded Marchesa gown

with delicate embroidery on the bodice. She finished off her polished look with sleek hair, bright pink lips and her own diamonds.Gosh,she looked so ladylike and graceful.

Cameron Diaz glammed it up in gold-dusted Oscar de la Renta gown and Cartier jewels.That was the first time I put her on "The Toppest 3".She deserved it .Take a look at her gown.Full of sprinkles.

"The mommy of two" Jennifer Lopez played her fame in sculptural Armani Privé pale pink gown with a dramatic train,Salvatore Ferragamo heels and Cartier diamonds.The detail on her waist really made it.Flawless!

Kate Winslet turned out in bustier-topped Yves Saint Laurent dress and $2.5 million Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace.I ever wondered whether she ever made any mistakes in dressing up.She was just gorgeous and unblemished.

Miley Cyrus once more tackled the red carpet in Jenny Packham gown,Lorraine Schwartz jewels,and soft bun.She was young,but she dared to take risks at dressing up as adults did.Two thumbs up for her.That dress and other things were greatly fabulous.

Rachel McAdams showed us how the spring rhapsody looked like in Elie Saab Couture gown and Lorraine Schwartz diamond.Super amazing.That dress is full of patterns,but thing I like most is those patterns don't mess anything.

 Amanda Seyfried wore  mint green Armani Privé gown encrusted with Swarovski crystals, Brian Atwood sandals and a slick bun.It was all so dazzling and spectacular and she looked so demure.I appreciated her willing not to take risks at styling.

The pregnant Mariah Carey chose Valentino Haute Couture midnight-blue gown with a thigh-high slit, Judith Leiber clutch, H. Stern diamond bracelet and Chopard diamond earrings.Pregnancy is time when you got so much complication to dress up,but not for her.

Julianne Moore once more glammed the red carpet in curve-hugging, custom Calvin Klein collection gown and glittering Bulgari diamonds.Superbly simple.She looked like a "Next-Door-Lady"

Elizabeth Banks hit the red carpet in sweeping gray Versace gown accessorized with a Ferragamo clutch and sparkling Fred Leighton diamonds.I love its color and eventhough on its leg was so ruffly,it made that dress look fabulous.

Maggie Gyllenhaal looked superbly graceful in slim, blue brushstroke-print Dries van Noten gown, Jennifer Behr hair-piece and vintage Fred Leighton jewels.She has unique style to dress up and she dared to put "blatant patterned" gown on herself.

Nicole Richie went for retro glam in beaded, backless Reem Acra gown with long sleeves, Bally heels, Lorraine Schwartz blackened platinum jewelry and a high bun.That rang the bell at disco lamp lit up the room and I love her bun.

Kristen Stewart skipped her tomboyish look and chose to wear utterly feminine, custom Monique Lhuillier navy trumpet gown, H. Stern diamond bracelet and a fresh updo.First glimpse at her,I said "Femininely gorgeous!"

Demi Moore walked on the red carpet within Atelier Versace silk organza gown,Versace heels,Salvatore Ferragamo envelope clutch,and Van Cleef & Arpels jewels.Its color fitted her tan skin a lot and looked fused gorgeously.I love its ruffles as detail.

COULD BE BETTER

Charlize Theron dressed up in Christian Dior Couture pink gown.Actually,that gown didn't mess up anything,but it was just not a right gown for the red carpet event.

Anna Kendrick wore  pale pink draped Elie Saab Haute Couture gown, crystal Judith Leiber clutch, Sergio Rossi heels and Kwiat diamonds.The cuff,the leg,and all of her looks just appeared to be too loose.

Diane Kruger came up on the red carpet in ruffled Chanel Haute Couture collection gown, black accessories from Chanel and Chanel Fine Jewelry.Too much ruffles,babe.

Sarah Jessica Parker dressed up in pale yellow Chanel Haute Couture gown with silver embroidery at the neckline, a dramatic retro bun and Fred Leighton jewels.I didn't know if her look was perfection or the contrary.I thought her gown didn't suit her and neither did her updo.

WORST DRESSED CELEBRITY

Carey Mulligan showed up in Prada gown with Swarovski crystal embellishment – including tiny forks, knives, bolts, watch gears and scissors! Mulligan finished her look with a black satin clutch and heels from Prada along with Fred Leighton jewels.Too much details and that gown looked so humdrum.

Zoe Saldana went too dramatic in over-the-top Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci ruffled purple gown, along with a clutch and shoes from the brand with Lorraine Schwartz amethyst and diamond jewelry.I didn't get why she chose that gown for the event.Embellished top with ruffly purple leg?No no!

Vera Farmiga jaw-dropped us in  fan-pleated red Marchesa gown and Fred Leighton jewels. Too much fans or ruffles on her gown.It looked weighty.

Tina Fey chose Michael Kors black lace gown.Lace rarely succeeds women's look and so did it on her.i wondered why she opted to wear such that gown for the event.Not matchy-matchy.
